As our first, most central core value, Love guides everything we do. For us, love refers to active compassion in all situations. Sometimes the compassionate thing is not the comfortable thing. We commit to seeing the humanity in each other as we grow together.
Curiosity
If we’re not sure, we ask. Question, examine, and stretch the systems around us that would keep us from practicing love. Curiosity includes how we relate to gender and all of its intersections, as well as how we embrace our own artistic possibility. We are capable of learning.
Creativity
As artists, we thrive in doing the unexpected. As educators, we know there are infinite ways to approach a problem or new challenge. We embrace and support each other’s inherent, vibrant, emergence of authenticity.
Innovation
We do things differently here. From our approach to voice lessons and teaching to our company culture, we consistently challenge the status quo. To cultivate transformational experiences, we try things that have never been tried before.

Self-knowledge and self-trust keep us going when the going gets tough. We support each other in discovering and practicing discernment of our capacities and what we need in order to continue showing up. Resilience is not a badge of honor; it is an active practice of mindfulness paired with teamwork.
