For the last twelve years, The Voice Lab, Inc. has been pioneering gender-affirming voice care for singers and speakers across the globe. We are at it again with a new way to build your studio or private practice that, as far as we know, hasn’t been tried before. We are nothing if not adventurous!
Your trans and queer students (and siblings) forge their own path and it’s likely that you do, too. Let’s work together.
Two ways to get connected:
Referral Listing on Our Website
$100-200 per month (starting with a sliding scale for now as we figure out the workload)
You have a general listing on the “Our Teachers” page of the website:
Your name, specialties, and gorgeous face
A personalized bio page that speaks to The Voice Lab’s clientele about why they should work with you
Direct links from our website to yours, so students can get started with you right away
This option is great if you:
Only need to fill a few spots on your schedule
Have a stellar website already and just need a little visibility
Have a limited marketing/client acquisition budget
Do not need support with your processes around new student onboarding or sales
Waitlist Matchmaking
$100 per individual referral
In addition to your general listing on the “Our Teachers” page:
You get to see clients who are already on the waitlist—you choose which ones feel like the right fit for you.
We'll send an introduction email with a glowing and detailed recommendation Then you take it from there.
Invoices are created from the number of introductions (e.g. if we send you 6 possible students and you choose 4 of them, $400 will be due).
This option is great if you:
Want to fill several open spots on your schedule relatively quickly
Need a direct connection to jump start your sales process
Have questions or want feedback about your student onboarding process
You already know it’s about more than voice teaching…
