Self-love is a social skill.

I want to help you see the beautiful things about you that may have been stuffed away or covered in shadow.

Because self-love isn’t just about you.

When you know who you are, what you need, and how you feel, you become a better human to the rest of the world.

Imagine your heart like a house:

Complex, beautiful, home to yourself and the people you love.

But this room hides some deeper truths. If you look closely, some of the wallpaper is peeling at the seams. The heirloom rug catches on a nail in the floor. And there seems to be another window, small and oddly shaped, underneath layers of paint.

What would happen if we start removing these finishes?

I have seen enough houses and hearts like this to know that what is underneath, the original flooring and walls and glass, is far more beautiful than anything that has been laid over it.

Imagine your heart (Self, spirit, however you would call it) as a house. It is as old as a lifetime, built by hand and curated through a million memories and dreams. Many of the rooms in this house are beautifully decorated; heirloom rugs, pristine counter tops, fashionable wallpaper, bright natural light pouring in through the windows.

These rooms make sense—not just to you, having spent so much energy creating a beautiful space, but to the people around you, as well. When someone comes to visit, they see beauty and thoughtfulness in every detail.

Somewhere along the way, you learned that any room within your heart is only as good as the way it pleases others to be in it. You might feel like your heart is always under appraisal, and that if you aren’t constantly proving your value, that it will fade out or disappear under the dust. What if that isn’t true?

Your worth is unconditional.

It isn’t earned, and it cannot be taken away.

It isn’t stitched together by ceaseless effort; it isn’t unraveled by pausing to rest.

Your worth is inherent and immutable.

Let’s work together.

Inherent and Immutable is available as a keynote talk and as a full immersive workshop. Both are designed to leave you different than you arrived — softer, lighter, braver, and a little more at home in yourself.

Keynote Talk

The Armor You No Longer Need

A talk about the stories we were handed about who we were supposed to be — and the radical act of putting them down. Built around a single, unforgettable image of home. Designed for conferences, summits, and assemblies where one powerful idea can shift an entire room.

  • Available for conferences, summits, and events

  • Ideal for LGBTQ+, women's, and DEI programming

  • Customizable for your specific audience

Immersive Workshop

Coming Home to Yourself

A guided journey from curiosity to self-trust — using reflection, writing, and the practice of being truly witnessed. Participants leave not just having heard something, but having experienced something. The kind of workshop people talk about years later.

  • Structured witnessing practice in pairs

  • Guided writing — private, never forced

  • Ideal for retreats, organizations, and community groups

The Philosophy

There is something inherent in every person that longs to be seen. An inner knowing, a singular truth. If your heart were a house, you would know it by the original finishes and beautiful murals.

But most of us have spent years painting over that truth. Covering the hardwood floors. Hiding the vibrant walls. Letting dust settle on the most beautiful parts of ourselves and keeping some of them covered in shadow.

This work is about finding the way back to yourself. Not becoming someone new — but remembering what was always true.

And discovering that whatever you've been most afraid of, you already know how to face.

You always did.

Who this work is for…

  • Queer & Trans Folks

Who have spent a lifetime navigating the gap between who they are and who the world said they were allowed to be. Who are ready to stop carrying that gap.

  • Women

You are tired of shrinking, performing, and proving. You are somewhere between exhausted and electrified by the idea of taking up exactly as much room as you need.

  • Every detail was thoughtfully executed. We're thrilled with the outcome, and have already recommended them to others.
